Trendy Satchel

I have recently bought satchel bags from a good friend and we've been selling these stuffs on the internet as well aside from Korean dresses and accessories. I am loving satchel bags at the moment and I think our locally-produced bags are really of top quality with the price that will surely make the cut in your budget. It is made of thick synthetic leather material fronting a buckle design with plenty of pretty colors to choose from that will suit your fashion.  These bags are really pretty and stylish, and will look good on both formal and casual attire. What I love about it, is its  surprisingly practical features and multiple compartments for pens, IDs, small purse and the like.

Here is my very first satchel bag, Polka in Black. I first used it when I attended the Kerygma Conference last November of 2012.

But for now, I just got a black satchel bag with front brown buckles since I just returned from work after months of indefinite leave.

Here is a Pre-order yellow mustard satchel bag to be sent to Israel for my mom's friend.

I Will Follow

For this month of April , we are having a new series at The Feast entitled "Follow Me - Lead Without a Title." Talk 1 just started last week entitled Clarity with Feast Builders Bro. Alvin Barcelona and Bro. Randy Borromeo. These two awesome preachers lead the praise and worship since Bro. Bo will be gone for a month. He will be leading a pilgrimage on Holy Land and Europe this whole month of April so expect to have a lot of surprises from the other feast builders for the coming weeks.

Speaking of surprises, I am not expecting that I will be seeing old friends for this series. I just realized again the power of facebook and how social networking can spread the word of the lord and God's love for all of us. I'm just so happy that our Feast family is continuously growing and that I was able to encourage some old friends to attend at The Feast by just merely sharing photos telling them how blessed to be part of The Feast family.

Family and Friends after the mass and worship at The Feast.

By the way, I want to share with you my favorite Feast song for this month which entitled "I Will Follow" by Chris Tomlin. This song best describes the new series for this month that  to become a good leader you must be a good follower as well. Let us pray that our eyes and ears be opened to what God wants us to do. May we become obedient and faithful servants and may we continue to spread the word of God's love for all people. In Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

"I Will Follow"

Where you go, I'll go
Where you stay, I'll stay
When you move, I'll move
I will follow...

All your ways are good
All your ways are sure
I will trust in you alone
Higher than my sight
High above my life
I will trust in you alone (trust in you alone)

Where you go, I'll go
Where you stay, I'll stay
When you move, I'll move
I will follow you
Who you love, I'll love
How you serve I'll serve
If this life I lose, I will follow you, yeah
I will follow you, yeah

Light unto the world
Light unto my life
I will live for you alone
You're the one I seek
Knowing I will find
All I need in you alone, in you alone

Where you go, I'll go
Where you stay, I'll stay
When you move, I'll move
I will follow you
Who you love, I'll love
How you serve, I'll serve
If this life I lose, I will follow you
I will follow you, yeah

In you there's life everlasting
In you there's freedom for my soul
In you there's joy, unending joy
And I will follow

Ultimate Eyebrow Kit

I have recently ran out of my Pinkies Collection of eyebrow powder. Unfortunately I haven't used it that much, I don't have any idea how did the compact broke without even dropping it. And as soon as I open it, the eyebrow powder just cracked all over the floor, so I decided to try a different product. This is the first product I've bought from ELF which stands for Eye, Lips, Face.

Ever since I started using this I have realized the importance of good looking eyebrows. The Elf Eyebrow Kit is from the ELF Studio Line. It comes with a small, dual ended brush (angled brush & a fluffy end on the other side), a gel, and a brow powder. I got the shade in Dark [Powder] as I thought it would match my morena skin. They do come in a shade lighter as well. In terms of packaging, it's simple yet looks so classy because of it's black color and comes in a flip cover container. What I love about it is it comes with a mirror inside! This duo provides long lasting color since it comes with a gel and colored powder, it lasts all day! Whereas pencil always used to fade or rub off me as I have quite oily skin, but this is hard to rub off. This brow kit is ultimately a good buy for a retail price of PHP 249.75.

Pinoy Investing

Knowledge is power

There are a lot of investment vehicles like  real estate, banking, insurance, portfolio investing, and other financial instruments which can help you conserve and enhance your hard-earned money. You've read about investments in the business section of your favorite newspaper! The rich invest! The poor simply don't know about it. Investing doesn't have to be scary. And it's not just for people with millions of spare cash.  The earlier you can start investing now the bigger rewards you can reap 30 years down the line. But first, you need to understand investment tools and set your investment goals. Before you start taking even conservative risks with your money, you need to establish a firm financial foundation that includes an emergency fund. You need to learn the different type of investments.

Diversify
Even if you don't plan on personally managing your individual investments, it pays to know the details about the most common types of investment instruments: stocks, bonds and mutual funds. You also need to learn investment strategies. Next is to build your portfolio and learn how to diversify. The idea is to invest in enough different sectors of the economy so that if one investment does poorly, your other investments will make up the difference. Then you need to stick to your investment strategy. The only solid investment strategy is a long-term strategy. It is best to put at least 20% of your income regularly on your investments. Investing at an early age with a smaller amount can easily be wealthier than a person investing a much larger account but for a shorter time.

I know I'm still new at investing and there's so much to learn but I'm glad I'm taking one step forward to achieve financial freedom. I just started late last year with small amounts and I've been limiting myself in spending more than what I earned. I'm trying to learn the art of "Delayed Gratification". I first heard this word with one of Bro. Bo Sanchez talks and I must say he is a great mentor in giving financial wisdom. Just started with a portions of savings for emergency funds and had other portions on time deposits, mutual funds and ofcourse on stocks.  Don't get me wrong! Stock investing is not just for rich people. You can start investing with a minimum amount of 5,000,00php. Anyone can invest as as he knows how to save. Just like the maids of Bro. Bo Sanchez who are now richer than many managers!

With the best seller book of Bro. Bo Sanchez "My Maid Invest In The Stock Market", millions of people will be enlighten and why should they invest too. To take your first step in achieving financial freedom, you can download this free e-book by clicking on this link. Have fun in investing!

Give It Time

I've been contemplating on this quote for a while since I got the not so good news regarding the job that I've been waiting for. I'm trying not to be depressed because I know that the situation is already out of my control. Just to give you a brief summary, after months of indefinite leave, we were supposed to be sent off to Australia for training this April. However the clients decided that they will be the one to visit the Philippines for the said training. In short the training will be conducted here in Manila. I just felt disappointed since I already had my mind set having the training there and I know that this overseas training would really benefit my career. I even declined a previous job offer from another company because of the overseas training. I know I can't do anything about it since it's the client's call but I can't help but feel disappointed with the sudden change of plans. After what happened I've been asking myself if I made the wrong decision to stay with this company. There's this part of me that I wanted to continue my resignation and look for a better job again, since I withdraw my application from another company.

I just want to let this off my chest so I can move on with this overseas training.  Maybe it's not yet time. I just keep telling myself that I don't have to worry, for how do I know that the side I know is better than the other. I just need a constant reminder that there are lot of things to be grateful for like these simple things in life like the food, shelter, money to pay the bills, and most of all  a loving family who supports me all the way. I know for some I shouldn't be making this a big deal, that there a lot of people who have worse situations than mine. That I should be thankful cause I'm still blessed for having a job that will start soon. I want to let go of this disappointment and will surrender myself to HIS greater plans. I just need to give it time and who knows - something better might come along.
