We just paid a certain amount to this online seller name Althe Macwes for some products last April 9, 2013, however he was not able to send us the items. He gave us different alibis like he doesn't have time to go out to send the items??!!? And I was like - Seriously?!?! To give him the benefit of the doubt, I still gave him a couple of weeks. I've been sending him messages without hearing any response from him, until last week that I told him that we want a refund. To our surprise he is not replying anymore when we asked for our order and when we tried calling him he is not answering his phone. Until the other day, we decided to post on his Facebook page asking for the items and what we get is only a rude response from him.
After couple of days of exchanging rude messages, we finally agreed just to refund the money and we will remove our post on his wall about the bad service he had given us.
After almost a month of waiting, we finally got the refund. The money involved is not that big, but it would be a big help to share this experience to other online buyers to prevent future victims for this kind of service. Thank You.
